Executive Search

  • Priority Search

    Led by a dedicated Senior Consultant, a search team is created to fill a position in a short and specified period of time using our tried and tested  process and methodology. This should be used for difficult-to-fill, confidential and/or senior level roles that may be time critical.  One third of the fee is paid up front to retain us, the 2nd third on presentation of a candidate shortlist and the final third of the fee paid on acceptance of offer.

  • Exclusive Contingency Search

    Designed to fulfil both individual search assignments and ongoing less priority roles where speed of hire is not quite so urgent. Final fee is paid on acceptance of offer.

  • Global search

    Our Global network of partners provides solutions for your company with overseas staffing needs, as well as consultation to candidates. This would be worked as a priority search, and you will have our Senior Consultant as one point of contact to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Executive Search Fee Statement

Each project is unique, and our executive search service will be bespoke to your needs. To find the best candidates, we will need to cover the market thoroughly which may include a local, national, or international scope and a mix of different sectors. We typically propose a retainer fee to start your unique search process, then a fee on agreed shortlist of candidates and a final fee on acceptance of your offer to the successful candidate. Our clients tell us they prefer this approach as each fee stage is evidenced by agreed deliverables. To discuss your project, we will be happy to provide a detailed delivery plan or proposal and fee quote.
